Community rules
Daau is for card nights with people you like. Everyone who plays agrees to keep it that way. These rules cover everything you put into Daau: your name, @username and face, chat messages, reactions, circle names and how you play.
-
Be kindNo insults, threats, hate or harassment, in any language. Losing a hand is part of the game; take it out on the cards, not the people.
-
Play fairNo cheating, sharing cards or teaming up against a table. No bots, scripts, modified apps or using bugs to win.
-
Keep it cleanNo sexual, violent or hateful names, faces or messages. Nothing that sexualises anyone under 18, ever.
-
Keep private things privateDon’t post anyone’s phone number, address or photos, and don’t pretend to be someone you aren’t.
-
No spam or sellingNo ads, scams or offers to buy and sell Daau cash, accounts or anything else. Daau cash has no real-money value.
Playing for money
Daau cash is pretend money for the game. Settle-later rooms keep score in points so friends can see who won; Daau doesn’t take, hold or pass on real money, and you mustn’t use Daau to gamble where the law doesn’t allow it.
If something’s wrong
- Report a message: hold it, then tap Report. We see the message and the five before it.
- Report a player: open their profile, tap ⋯, then Report.
- Block someone: from their profile or a message. It’s instant and silent: they can’t find, message or invite you, and they aren’t told.
- Mute someone at a table: tap their seat, then Mute. It hides their chat for you only.
- Anything else: write to info@nextgenx.io.
If you think someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens when rules are broken
We read every report. Depending on what happened, we may remove messages, names or circles, reset a name or @username, take back Daau cash won unfairly, suspend an account for a while or close it for good. A closed account is signed out everywhere at once. Serious or repeated breaks lose the account without a warning. If you think we got it wrong, write to info@nextgenx.io.
These rules are part of the Terms of service. How we handle what you share is in the Privacy policy.
