Delete your account

Daau, published by Imoj Kharel, deletes your account and its data whenever you ask.

In the app

Open Daau, then Me › Account & sign-in › Delete account. It happens at once.

Without the app

Write to info@nextgenx.io with the subject “Delete my account”, and tell us:

• your @username, or your display name and the friends you play with if you don’t remember it, and
• how you saved the account, if you did: Sign in with Apple, Google or Game Center.

We may ask a question only the account’s owner could answer before deleting it. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it’s done.

What’s deleted, and what stays

• Deleted: your profile, @username, face, friends, messages, circle memberships, notification settings and push tokens, and the link to your Apple, Google or Game Center account (Apple is told to forget the sign-in).
• Kept: settle-later scores stay with the other players, shown as “A deleted player”, and reports stay with us for safety. Copies in server backups and logs go when those expire.
